As an accounting firm this time of the year both our computers and staff our under extreme pressure and when my assistant's computer crashed it was a crisis.
you came within an hour to get the machine and returned it within five hours the same day.

Thank you, thank you. When my computer died on me last Saturday I thought I was going to have to rebuild all that marketing material, lost everything and was ready to throw my hands up in the air. Then Ric from No Nonsense Office Machines came to the help. He got my new computer (which was already messed up only days after getting it) running great and recovered all my information. It was such a relief last night finally getting caught up and it would have never happened if it weren't for these guys. Any computer problems I recommend calling them asap!
We just had a lady come in to our store in tears because someone who claims they were from Microsoft needed to fix her computer she let them have access to her computer and 3 hours later her computer is worse than ever and they charged her over $400.00 and now she can not even use it. Her husband is mad at her and she is very upset at the whole ordeal. I feel so bad for her.
I told her to bring her system in and I would make it run perfectly for her again I also helped her get her money back from the scammers. I also had her bring in her old system because she didn't now how to get her pictures off of it and we are going to transfer all her pictures from her old system to the new one and fix it for her. I feel bad for having taken money from her after all she has been through but someone put it to me this way at least we were here for her and helped her out of a tough spot, I see situations like this way to often and sometimes it gets to me, to sit back and see so many people get taken advantage of and have their hard earned money stolen from them just upsets me.
Please if you are reading this DO NOT ever let someone access your computer remotely unless you know them personally and trust them. We offer a remote service but all my customers know me and know I am only here for their best interest.
